Introduction-

This time I decided to make the model of Corona A/C sleeper bus launched in 2007 during 2013. This model is about 18cm in length, 15cm in height and 10cm in width. Since I was not familiar with graphics and 3D sketches I have not done any of them. My model has a ground clearance of 2.5cm. This model took 4 months 10 days for total completion. My model has total seating capacity of 48 passengers. My bus has a large space for luggage.

Wheel and axle-

My model consists of 4 wheels, 2 in the front and 2 in the rear. The front wheels turn at an angle of 75 degree to the right and 70 degree to the left (due to some problem in the gear of the motor). Front wheel radius is about 2cm. My models rear wheel's axle is about 9cm. Rear wheels have 320 rpm. At the center of the rod I have fixed a plastic gear which is of 1cm. It is further connected to a gear box. The gear box runs by the 12v geared DC motor. The '+' and '-' terminals of the motor are connected to R/C circuit board.

Windows
-

In the model I have left a large space for windows. Totally there are 34 windows. The dimensions and sketch of the windows are in the following figure:-

The above image is the right side of the bus. The dimensions are very small. Please zoom-in to see the dimensions. The same length and breadth is followed on the left side of the bus.

Lights-

Lights are very important to any model. In my model lights include headlights, rear lights and night lights. I have used the following type of LED for lighting.

R/C controlled-

In my model I have taken the Receiver and Transmitter for R/C control from a remote control car.

My model is powered by 12v Lipo battery which gives sufficient power for moving of bus, headlights, brake lights, and night lights.
